FOX PAINTBALL 2008
All players reguardless of age are required to fill out a waiver at the paintball field in order to play. Save yourself some time and fill out one ahead of time and then bring it with you. Players under the age of 18 are required to have their parents sign the waiver as well.
This waiver is a .pdf file and can be view or printed using Adobe Acrobat.
